d+b facades is a leading design and build overcladding specialist transforming ageing buildings sustainably and cost–effectively. We have particular expertise in the design and installation of aluminium rainscreen overcladding where we have developed our own innovative, high–performance system.
Our market focus is the Further and Higher Education sectors and the Residential sector where we have established an excellent reputation and successful track record of completing quality projects on time, within budget, with zero defects and minimal disruption to building users.
Our market-leading expertise enables us to deliver the most technically-challenging projects and achieve outstanding results. The refurbishment of Bedford College’s workshop building received a design-stage BREEAM Excellent rating. When confirmed for the Construction stage, it will be the first educational refurbishment project to receive BREEAM Excellent. We also delivered one of the very few SCOLA overcladding projects in the UK, enabling the building to remain fully operational throughout.
Most of our team have worked together for twenty years on a wide range of projects and we have built robust relationships with the same suppliers over this period.
