U values........Improved up to 5 fold to create a comfortable environment and constant tempertature throughout the room.
Solar glazing........South facing elevations are offered with high quality reflective film to eliminate the effects of solar gain.
Ventillation........modern 'tilt' window configuration with trickle ventillation permit user friendly, openable vents to maximise through ventillation when required.
Noise........Acoustic glazing and high performance window frames reduce the effects of unwanted sound.
Draughts........Eliminated via high performance, factory glazed units.
Appearance........Clean window lines with new lining boards create a brand new appearance. The dual colour window option comes at no additional cost.
Fenestration Remodelling........The majority of 1960's buildings have excessive areas of single glazing that is readily remodelled to meet todays client needs - perhaps the most comprehensive example being Braford University wherein head heights were lowered and 30% of existing glazing removed.
Cleaning........The 'turn' mechanism allows ease of cleaning from within the building ensuring the pristine appearance from within is maintained in service.
