THE 15 STOREY RESIDENTIAL TOWER BLOCK, PROSPECTHILL COURT, IN GREENOCK, IS A FINALIST FOR A SECOND AWARD

design build facades are thrilled that Prospecthill Court is a finalist in The Scottish Property Awards 2026, Net Zero Development of the Year category. design build facades’ reclad the 15 storey tower block using its proprietary insulated aluminium rainscreen system integrated with high-performance triple glazed windows to meet the CarbonLite Retrofit Standard.

These awards recognise the greatest achievements in the built environment across Scotland. The independent competition is judged by a panel of experts drawn from across the sector, bringing together industry experience and market knowledge to recognise the greatest achievements in the built environment across Scotland.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 26th February 2026 at the Scottish Property Award event at DoubleTree by Hilton, Glasgow Central.

Prospecthill Court, Greenock, managed by River Clyde Homes, is already an award winning recladding project, having won the Net Zero in Housing award at the CIH Scotland Housing Awards in 2024.
