The works comprised insulated aluminium rainscreen and high-performance replacement windows. Additional works included new glazed screens and doors, entrance canopy, new gates and lightning protection. The University of Southampton’s Chemistry Department has an international reputation for excellence. This project was successfully delivered in an occupied building with no disruption to teaching or research throughout.
