We use only pure, non-prescriptive ‘design build’ Forms of Contract, that make us ‘the Contractor’, the ‘stakeholder’, singularly responsible for all project outcomes including survey, design, material selection, installation, warranty and BSA compliance through all gateways. Thus removing ambiguity that can otherwise lead to project failure and it makes us, ‘the Contractor’ extra vigilant in everything we do. The client team simply need to state their high-level requirements, invite detailed tender proposals, take reference, make appointments, then monitor, inspect and comment upon the end to end delivery process.
