design build facades has commenced on-site at the Northcroft Building run by Birmingham and Solihull NHS Mental Health Foundation Trust.
Works comprise concrete repairs and overcladding of the failing facade using our proprietary insulated aluminium rainscreen overcladding system with integrated high-performance windows. Additional works include external door replacement and a replacement front entrance canopy.
As leaders in the field of external refurbishment of the ageing NHS estate, all works will be delivered whilst the hospital building is fully occupied with minimal disruption to patients, staff and health services.
